AUDITION PROGRAM

  • Each applicant must submit one DVD and three CD recordings of the same program. The selections do not have to all be recorded at the same time, but the DVD recording must be made at the same time as the CD recording. The name of the applicant must not appear on the CD label.

  • SAIPC will assign a number to each applicant, which will be placed on each CD submitted by that applicant. Each of the applicant's CDs will then be sent to the three respective Audition Judges. Thus, the name of the performer on each CD will remain anonymous to the Audition Judges.

  • The Audition Judges will collectively select twelve Competitors to be invited to participate in the Competition, as well as six applicants to serve as Alternates in the event any of the Competitors are unable to attend.
