Refund Policy

All cancellations must be received at least 72 hours before the start of an event. Registrations may be subject to a cancellation fee up to the price of the registration.
All cancellations must be received in writing by email to: info@saipc.org Refunds will be issued in the same format as payment was received. Please allow up to two weeks for processing. Registrants that are cancelling with tickets in hand must return their tickets prior to a refund being issued.
